The Workshop on the Review of the ASCEND Framework and the Development of the ASCEND Sustainability Strategy. This Workshop was attended by members of the working group on global leadership namely the ASEAN Member States from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam as well as the ASEAN Secretariat and AHA Centre. There were also attendees from ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund and the First Batch of Accessor of ASCEND.

The Senior Assistant Director (Coordination Operation) NADMA Malaysia presented the sustainability strategy for ASCEND, parallel with the establishment of ASCEND Reference Group which is aimed to monitor, evaluate, update and review the development of ASCEND.
